Pivot table is a tool to organize, sort, manage and analyze data in a dynamic way.

There are two ways to access a pivot table via Toolbox, and via Report Builder.

via Toolbox

Click Toolbox in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen, then select Pivot Table

Reorder columns

Selected dimensions and metrics appear on the top of the list. You can reorder columns by dragging them.

Show total/ min/ max

From settings,

• Click Show total: The grand total row is inserted at the end of the pivot table, and the subtotal at the bottom of each dimension.
